The new Heyco® Nylon Corrugated Conduit/Slit Tubing – HPASS Series offers unmatched performance and versatility. This tubing, similar to our Heyco-Flex™ V Nylon Slit Tubing, comes with updated features that set it apart.
Highlighted features that make this product exceptional include a UL F1 rated material, which meets industry standards for long-term UV exposure, making the HPASS Series suitable for outside applications where they are subject to frequent or extended periods of exposure to UV.
Another feature is the low fire hazard (available in both 94V-0 or 94V-2), and halogen-free construction, making it suitable for use in the most challenging environments.
With a highly flexible design and low installation cost, the HPASS Series is perfect for a wide range of applications such as pumps, motors, and HVAC systems.
While not liquid tight, the featured continuous slit in the HPASS Series allows users to quickly and easily protect pre-terminated cables by sliding the tubing over the cables, whereas other solutions must be applied to cables/harnesses prior to installing connectors.
Available in sizes ranging from 10mm to 54mm, this tubing offers exceptional resistance to abrasion, oil, and solvents, making them ideal for outdoor applications.
The HPASS Series boasts a bend radius equal to its outside diameter, allowing for maximum flexibility and easy installation in tight spaces.
