Our new modular wire routing clip collection is a versatile and robust wire management solution for solar installations. The system includes nylon wire management devices, which are removable, heat stabilized, UV rated and provide insulation for cables. It offers flexible mounting options with straight and 90° orientations.
Couple the nylon wire management clips with either of the two stainless steel mounting platforms for a complete system. One of which is the PV module clip for attaching directly onto the solar panel frame or other edges. The other option is our rack clip, which can be attached to popular solar racking systems such as Unirac or IronRidge.
Based on the design of this product lineup, this allows installers the flexibility out in the field as they can pre-install the wire management devices and mounting platforms independently from one another whereas other solutions in the market require both to be done at the same time.
Modular Wire Routing Clips are flexible wire management devices that allow for a variety of designs and can be mounted with either a straight or 90° orientation. These devices are made from Nylon 6/6 material, providing insulation for cables from PV and Racking surfaces. They are also removable for ease of use. This material is heat stabilized and UV rated, making it suitable for harsh outdoor conditions often encountered in the solar market.
Stainless Steel Mounting Clips
The Stainless Steel PV edge clips are designed to securely fasten to module extrusions or other panels, requiring a minimum flange depth of just 10mm. They are as robust as the popular SunRunner Series and come with a generous lead-in that enables installation without the use of tools. They can neatly arrange cables on PV panel frames or top rail solar racking systems up to 1/4˝ width. Constructed from corrosion resistant 304 stainless steel, these clips are not suitable for use in marine salt water environments.
