SunRunner No Flange Expansion
Introducing the Heyco SunRunner No Flange Expansion - these two new clips are in addition to the previously released HEYClip™ SunRunner® No Flange-18 Cable Clip (part numbers S6595 and S6596). These new clips are designed to attach to newer modules with frames that lack a typical mounting flange.
The SunRunner No Flange-14 is compatible with panel flange widths ranging from 13.0mm to 15.3mm, including VSUN 132 and 144 cell panels, among others.
For wider panel flanges, the SunRunner No Flange-16 accommodates widths from 15.3mm to 16.8mm, such as those found on Jinko Neo N-Type, Longi HiMO6, Trina Vertex S, and JA Solar Deep Blue 4.0 Series panels.
Additionally, the SunRunner No Flange-18 is suitable for panel flange widths ranging from 16.8mm to 18mm, including JA Solar Deep Blue 3.0 Series panels.
Heyco's SunRunners feature a robust double-compression design that securely holds cables ranging from 0.20" (5.1mm) to 0.33" (8.4mm) in diameter. The SunRunner Clips offer a superior method for PV module wire management, suitable for single or multiple cable arrangements. The clips are designed with smooth edges to prevent damage to cable insulation, and locking tabs ensure a secure attachment to module extrusions or other panels. With a generous lead-in for tool-free installation, the Heyco SunRunner Clips neatly organize cables on PV panel frames or mounting channels.
Constructed from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, the Heyco SunRunner Clips are not recommended for use in marine saltwater environments. UL Pending certification underscores the quality and reliability of this innovative wire management solution.
